I was told that somone from the Hotel staff would come to check the functioning of the air conditioning in my room, but no one ever did. Wi-Fi connectivity was so poor it was effectively unusable & instead, I relied on the data connectivity from my cell phone. Breakfast pastry was sometimes not fresh. Location was good but no one speaks English only French."
