"The property is well outside of the city. The restaurant doesn’t seem to actually function for dinners, never saw anyone having a meal, and chose to explore beyond the hotel for meals other than breakfast as a result. Breakfast selection was minimal and inadequate, but the cappucino and espresso coffee at their convenience store and for breakfast service was outstanding. Request a room in the new area of the hotel, old section has fixtures that need updating and is not where you want to stay for...
"The host was very helpfull and friendly but the hotel is not worth 4 stars!! We had to change rooms after two days due to infestation of ants in our bathroom. Every evening we would be woken up by loud noise coming from the streets. I would never go back. The shower was old and had only the big shower rain, no small shower head. But again, the host did his best and parking was good. The parking space is behind a locked door. "
"Beautiful hotel, grounds and staff. Made for the perfect base to discover Amalfi coast, Pompeii and an easy train to Rome. The pool is fantatsic and open until late, great for a quick refresh after a hot day exploring this part of Italy. Our junior suite room in the main building with views of the mountain, the grounds, the pool, Naples and even a bit of the sea was beyond our expectations."

10/10 Excellent
"This was a good, 4-star yet affordable resort-style hotel. The rooms were fine, minor plumbing problems were promptly fixed. Our only issues were the pool hours (closed for siesta in the afternoon, and early in the evening) and the hotel restaurant was kind of expensive, so we mostly walked to a good local restaurant that was more reasonably priced.
The included buffet breakfast at the hotel was excellent, I must say, and the staff were very helpful and attentive, even bringing an urn of fresh coffee & fixings to our table once they realized we drank a lot of coffee in the morning. "

"Close to Pompeii excavation and bus to Vesuvius. Feels like a new facility. After 5pm, there are not many tourists around, and most restaurants are empty. There is not much to do late around here. But if you want to get to Pompeii/Vesuvius early in the morning and save time on transportation it is a very good spot"
"Area surrounding the resort is such a contrast to the luxurious feeling within the resort. The area around the resort is rather run down. The resort could benefit from offering transport into the main piazza which had beautiful buildings and many good restaurants."
