"The hotel was in the perfect location to a major Metro station, the Louvre, ND, Tulliers garden, etc. The bathroom was large compared to major European hotels. Only thing is the room only had 2 plugs so bring adapters that you can plug multiple items into. For the location, well worth it."

"This is a lovely iconic European hotel in the heart of the Latin Quarter. Tucked on a side street, accessable to a never ending supply of outdoor and indoor cafes, and interesting shops. This wonderful ancient building has been modernized carefully, and just enough to be extremely comfortable, while retaining it's character. It is air-conditioned, which we found almost necessary during the extreme heat wave (August 2026). All the guest rooms are served by an elevator. Our room faced the street with a large double window that opened. Many of the rooms have small street side balconies. Our bathroom was quite small but very modern and efficient with a fully enclosed shower. The staff is great! Almost everyone speaks English but were happy and supportive in helping us practice our French. Breakfast is served in the adjoining restaurant and is delicious and a great buy. We recommend Hotel Europe St Severin without reservation!"

"The AC was a god send. Worked great after long days of exploring Paris and coming back exhausted. The rooms are smaller but perfect for two people, the bathrooms however are very spacious! The location to everything was great too. Only a 10 or so minute walk to the Louvre! Staff was helpful and friendly as well. We hope to stay here again!"

"CitizenM is a really cute hotel chain with a consistent look and feel. It’s perfect for artsy types and digital nomads. Their Paris hotels have great coworking spaces, although I’m not a fan of the reservation system. Still, they’re great places to work. I personally like the rooms. They’re very compact, but they have everything you need, from an iron to a hair dryer. I do wish they welcomed guests with a bottle of water. Filtered water is available at the bar, but getting it can take way too long. They could really use a couple of self-service water stations. For some reason, the women on staff were especially warm and wonderful, particularly Kika (maybe Keeka) When I needed an ice pack, she improvised one using ice and a plastic glove. Smart! The men were mostly curt and unfriendly. Maybe it’s because I’m not a hot lady. Haha. Who knows?"

"We really enjoyed the hotel. Location was terrific for walking and seeing the site. Great location for using UBER. Restaurants in the area are quite good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a very comfortable bed. We could open our room window in the early evening to listen to very good street musicians playing in the plaza. Very Cool."

"I would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially for families visiting Paris! The location was perfect—central, convenient, and close to RER/M trains, restaurants, cafés, shops, and major attractions. The hospitality was excellent, and we really appreciated the luggage storage and flexibility with early check-in and late check-out when available. Having AC, a kitchen, and washer/dryer was incredibly convenient, especially with children. We loved the thoughtful touches like the 24/7 espresso and coffee machine in the lobby, complimentary infused water, and umbrellas available for guests. Overall, the combination of the fantastic location, welcoming staff, and family-friendly amenities made our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again! 🇫🇷✨"
