Every single thing was poor in this hotel. Very harsh behavior with the customers and breakfast is only with french toast and scrambled eggs. Will never choose this hotel again.

Wifi is poor in connection,you need to connect every 5 minutes or if your phone became idle. bedroom carpet feels dirty, the whole room style/design was not strategically designed, every time i took a shower the whole bathroom floor is wet. matres is not comfortable.

Great hotel
It has great location near many attractions including ministries, shopping malls and the airport. It is clean and the rooms are spacious.

An average hotel
The good: Spacious room, silent, clean, decent room service, breakfast (when food is made available). The bad: Noisy air conditioners. I arrived with my family and they didn't set the extra bed, they always removed the third bath towel and we had to ask for it again, if you arrived to breakfast 30 min prior to the end, there was a lot of food missing.

A beautiful hotel
I stayed at The Tulip Inn, Muscat for three nights and was very impressed with the whole experience. Friendly, professional staff who made it a delight from start to finish. English spoken well by everyone.

Very pleasant hotel and staff, especially Fatima and Khurthu. Very relaxing stay. Delicious breakfast buffet. Overall very easy and pleasant. Lovely decor in the rooms.

Great little base in Muscat
The service at the hotel was good. The staff went out of way to accommodate our needs. You will need a car in Muscat and so the location of the hotel was near most city sights.

Great staff from Reception to Restaurant. Unlike many middle east hotels, the staff were empowered and decisive in making decisions. Please can I have a later check out, was answered sure, you may stay till 4.00 pm. Empowered staff = good management. well done

Beautiful and comfortable hotel
Very nice stay at Tulip Inn Muscat, the hotel and room decoration is very pretty, we were quite impressed how beautiful the place is. Our room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and staff friendly. The place is a bit remote from tourist sites in Muscat, but it is not a problem if you have a car, and the hotel parking is large and easy. Driving 10-15 minutes you get to almost everywhere in the city. Would return without a doubt if I go back to Muscat

Not a bad place for the price
Not bad for the price. Not too impressive service. Received inconsistent feedback from the reservations desk and the staff courtesy can vary based on whom you talk to. No irons and iron boards in the room and you have to keep asking housekeeping for one which may or may not arrive on time. Studio suites have good space and it is at a decent price for the space. The hotel is not too bad - you get what you pay for, nothing special.

The location was ok. During check Inn the person doing checkin said he will provide wifi password. When I enquired later he said it will cost 3 O R for the duration of the 3 night stay.the next day another person at the front desk gave the password without charging

Descent for the price, good location
Living in Dubai, this hotel would be a 3-star in Dubai. However, this is an excellent middle-of-the-pack hotel, with a great price point and good location. Nothing bad to say, it was your typical "best-western" like experience. Staff is very friendly and taxis are abdundatly availably downstairs. However theWifi was not the greatest in the room, no tissue box in the room, no slippers in the closet. Other than that, good to go.

Disappointing Hotel
Was very dissatisfied with the Tulip Inn Muscat. Service is pretty good, but the hotel itself is in poor shape. Our first room smelled of some chemicals. They exhanged the room, which was good, but the next room we got the air was humid and smelled stale. The bathroom was old. The furniture and decor throughout the hotel was tacky. Do not recommend this hotel!

Always get me wrong room.
I always book a suite and the manager give me a studio and he says this is our suite he is a layer, because the old manager gave me a suite and I know what it lolls like. This time when I book a suite they offered the same studio room with twin bed and thorough expedia I requested a king size bed. I was going with my wife imagine two people in a single small bed or in separated bed instead we are in one bed, how nice of them. After a big argument they offered the suite I was booked for which he refuses to give us. I hate this manger. His name Ahmad. But the rest of stuff are very friendly.
