The Hotel is good the rooms are nice and spacious, Only problem is that the internet is very very slow! The slow internet speed was also felt by all residents I spoke to at the hotel. The mattress although thick is quite soft which for me caused discomfort/ back pain. Not sure if it’s worn out or designed like that but I believe more worn out than design.

The bathtub sink wasn’t working properly as it supposed to be, and when I asked the staff they told me all rooms with this plan got the same issue, we got another room which was suite, but no body told us there was access to their lounge only after checking out.

I Like the property very much, I also liked the room we had. We also like the fact that it was connected to the Mall, that's very convenient. Me ad my wife will think about going back one day. But there were a few things we didn't particularly like. The first was having to pay for everything up front like the massage, the food, etc.... Its a little bit insulting. I'm not sure if its just how its done in Muscat, or the way the Grand Millennium does it, but we don't want to have to carry credit cards or money every were we go through out the hotel. We should be able to pay for everything at the very end. Then I prepaid for the breakfast for me and my family and when I got there I was asked to pay. I again was a bit insulted, but didn't let it bother me too much. I then made a few calls and got it fixed. The last thing I want to bring up was the over priced taxi drivers that I think pray on the hotel guest. I truly hope this is NOT condoned by the hotel because its really a turn off for future guest. the don't even have meters running, they just give you a random price that's really high. We spent $90USD equivalent for 2, 12 min taxi rides.

Had a lovely stay!! Drop dead gorgeous, decent location. Smack in middle of city in my opinion. Hired a car, the receptionist are nice , shame no breakfast was included, that’s only downfall!! Sauna and steam was lovely. Gym is small, jacuzzi was my favourite. Rooms were very nice. BE VERY CAREFUL when booking another grand millennium hotel in another country which I did in Abu Dhabi. Was absolutely AWFUL!!! Would never return there!! Would definitely visit again. Pool chaps were good. Respectable; overall I’d give it 4.5/5.

We recently stayed there for 2 nights . Check -in took a very long time , and we were the only ones checking in . However , we were celebrating our recent Wedding Anniversary , and the staff decorated our room with hearts and rose petals and a cake -- a lovely touch . Hotel is in an excellent location, connected to the Muscat Grand Mall and within waking distant to the Oman Avenues Mall. The hotel is large and in generally good condition, however on my visit I experienced mediocre service from the front desk. I booked two rooms for two nights, but only one room was available at check-in (at 4pm, an hour after check-in officially opens). The room available was designed for disabled users (wet room with no shower curtain or enclosure). When I complained, they gave me a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. I complained three times about this, but nothing was done. I couldn’t be bothered to complain any more as I was only sleeping in the room. The other room which eventually became available an 2 hours after check-in was fine.

This hotel was fabulous! The location was perfect, its right in the centre of everything and is also connected to the Grand Mall. The rooms are spacious, with a lovely bathroom and the beds are so comfy! I advise you hire a car as Muscat is not really a place where you can walk around to the places you want to see. However from this hotel you very much close (by car) to see all your favourite spots including the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque on 10 mins away! Overall the Staff were so brilliant, always are your service and really kind and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and if i were to go again i would come definitely come back!

Perfect and All Under One Roof
Great hotel, very nice modern rooms and facilities. The hotel connects the the local mall, which has some good shops, attractions a food court and a number of restaurants. The hotel has a nice infinity style pool on the roof, along with a gym. A little on the pricey side but worth it. I would 100% stay here again on my next visit to Muscat.
