Nous étions au rez de chaussée , sans air climatisé , juste des ventilateurs bruyants et il faisait très chaud . Pas de fenêtre sauf un puit de lumière mais il y avait une chaleur encore pire qui venait de là ! Tout le reste était parfait mais on en a souffert un peu ! Les gens sont très accueillants à l arrivée ! Au cœur des endroits intéressants , mais il y a tellement à voir à Porto

Such a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. The room exceeded our expectations, and it was cleaned and tidied daily. The staff were on hand at all times and did their best to help us when we needed. The breakfast was tasty and had plenty of choice. We will definitely be returning!

Customer service by the managing staff was excellent, very responsive, and easy to communicate with. The accommodation was basically an apartment with a full kitchen and necessary cooking equipment. It was clean, quiet, and very well located in the city! We would stay here again in the future!
