The bedroom, bathroom and balcony were all very spacious. Spotlessly clean, the bed was made and toileteries were replenished on a daily basis. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive, inspite of my poor grasp of the Spanish language! Would say the only thing lacking was a small Refrigerator, however this is only a minor thing and I managed without it during my stay, particularly with the Pica Pica 24hrs vending machines on the main street in town." The staff were super helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the pool area was great to relax after a day of hiking. We are a couple in our 40s who enjoy being outdoors, we found this hotel by chance and absolutely loved it - Im pretty fussy so its a big complement! Its a great location for hiking and exploring the surrounding area and perfect for a digital detox (although they do have wifi) and to relax. The set menu in the restaurant was great value for money - and very tasty food. We will definitely return when we come back to the area.
