We did run out of tissue paper and the order was delayed because of cold weather; however our staff did offer you different napkins. Sorry, it was not your satisfactory. In terms of the breakfast items, we only pull out limited items because of space constraints and staff supposed to refill it. Again, our apology if that did not happen.
