"On arrival we were informed the card reader was not working. Someone from the front desk had to accompany us to our room with a key to let us in our room. The day shift manager spoke bad about her employees in front of guest and cursed in front of guest. Staff members on our floor got into a loud verbal argument in the hallway, which everyone heard. The elevator did not work most of our 3 day stay, we had to use the stairs. Over all our room was not clean, the carpet was sticky, lamps did not work beside the bed, the bathroom floor was dirty. Positives were the breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable. I have always enjoyed staying at Hampton Inns but this one was horrible. Do yourself a favor, play the extra money and stay at the Courtyard by Marriott next door."
