We really enjoyed the house - so close to a wonderful, family-friendly beach and other services. The pool was great for our kids and we found the house perfect for two families. Great communication with the owner. Thanks so much for such a memorable experience!

Perfectly located house for a peaceful family beach holiday!
The house is located in a dead end street which makes it very quiet. The path to the beach goes through a beautiful pine forest and the shops for every day needs are five minutes walk away. There is a pool in the garden which provides additional entertainment for the kids. There is aircondition in every room which is very pleasant for the hot nights in August. The only thing we struggled with is the ants which are tiny and always find their way into the house somehow. Other than that we had a fantastic time and enjoyed this perfect location a lot!!! Thank you Joan, we will be back:)!

Joan ist ein guter Gastgeber,der unsere Wünsche größtenteils erfüllt hat.
Am Anfang waren wir enttäuscht, da das Haus an einigen Stellen in die Jahre gekommen ist.Die Lage zum Strand ist unschlagbar, aber es liegt im hinterem Teil des Hauses so im Schatten,dass wir nur am Anfang dort unsere Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben, da wir dort noch mehr von den Mücken attackiert wurden. Also macht es Sinn den Esstisch vorne aufzustellen. Da ist mehr Sonne und es ist nicht so feucht ,wie hinten am Wald. Als wir ankamen hat es wohl vorher geregnet und das ganze Haus fühlte sich feucht an. Jede Decke und selbst die Anziehsachen,die man abends trocken ausgezogen hat,fühlten sich am Morgen klammig an. Gott sei Dank gibt es im Haus einen Trockner und genug Klimaanlagen. Die Bäder sind halt auch in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad unten ist halt sehr klein und eng. Die Fugen schimmelig und die Armatur ist nur noch Schrott. Der Spülstein ist neu. Aber schwarz ist bei dem kalkhaltigen Wasser sehr ungünstig gewählt,da sie sofort weiße Flecken hat, die schwer zu putzen sind. Im oberen Bad ist die Dusche ein Alptraum . Der Strahl ist so wenig, dass man kaum den Schaum aus den Haaren bekommt, auch sind sehr viele Macken in den Fliesen und die Sillikonfugen müssten dringend erneuert. werden. Das gleiche gilt für die Türen , die oft über den Boden kratzen.Also es gibt noch vieles zu verbessern. In einer solchen Lage sind zum Beispiel Mückengitter ein Muss , meiner Meinung nach. Wir haben für den hohen Mietpreis mehr erwartet.

Strandnähe!
Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist perfekt für Familien vor allem mit Kleinkindern. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt. Was für uns wichtig war, jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage Vielen Dank an Joan. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles lief reibungslos.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist genial. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Es war super!
Vor allem die Lage des Hauses ist genial. Der Pool ist eher etwas zum Abkühlen für heiße Sommertage, aber da das Meer so nah ist, ist er eigentlich gar nicht nötig! Der Vermieter war sehr nett, hat und unterstützt, wenn nötig und die Kommunikation war sehr einfach. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Das sagt alles!

Très bon emplacement
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en août 2022. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants. La maison est pratique, 4 bonnes chambres, bel extérieur, dans un quartier calme et à deux pas d'une magnifique plage, moins fréquentés que la plupart des belles plages de Majorque. Petit bémol pour les moustiques le soir, mais l'emplacement était top!

Super séjour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, nous étions 2 familles. La maison est très proche de la plage où on y a accès par le petit chemin sous les pins en 5 mn à pieds. Magnifique plage ! La petite piscine est très agréable pour les enfants. La climatisation est présente dans toutes les pièces et est fortement appréciée surtout la nuit. Seul petit bémol nous n'avons pas pu utiliser les 2 salles de bains simultanément car pas assez de pression autrement. Je recommande cette maison !

Sehr gut für Familien
Wir waren mit zwei Familien mit Kindern im Alter von 0-2 im Haus und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns gut. Die Lage ist Top. Man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Gegen Mücken sollte man Autan einpacken. Der Besitzer ist super nett und einfach zu erreichen.
