Surrounded by beautiful gardens and terraces, this villa has been completely renovated and features the highest quality finishes, making it a holiday retreat. The wide sliding doors allow natural light to flood the interior spaces, leading directly to the outdoor areas. On the terrace, equipped with an extensible pergola, table and chairs, you can enjoy pleasant outdoor meals while relaxing with views of the garden and the sea. A direct access takes you to the beach sand, ideal for families with children looking for comfort and safety in their environment. In this villa, due to the regulations of the community area, barbecues are not allowed, which ensures a calm and respectful atmosphere for other residents. Thanks to its excellent location, Socias Playa is a short distance from an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants, making it easy to access everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Inside, the ground floor is characterised by a spacious living-dining room that offers a bright and comfortable atmosphere, ideal for relaxing or enjoying time with family. The large windows allow natural light to flood the space, and the sliding doors provide direct access to the outdoor terrace, perfectly blending the interior with the outdoor environment. The American kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, allows you to prepare meals with total comfort without losing contact with others. Additionally, the ground floor has a practical guest cloakroom. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with access to a private terrace and en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and pleasant views. The other two double bedrooms share a complete bathroom, providing comfort and functionality for all guests. Socias Playa is the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy a peaceful holiday by the sea, surrounded by natural beauty and with all the comforts within your reach. Important information to keep in mind: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management. Location is great and beach is perfect for kids. We noticed you replace the tv upstairs, thumbs up! For sure we will come back next year if we get a nice offer :) Air condition starts random during the night and it's impossible to fix it :) maybe is something you can do it. Having 2 children it allows us to all spend time on the beach togetherwatch them playing on the beach safely. The property was lovely to stay in and made the time there really enjoyable. Nice kitchen which was usefuk as we tended to eat in rather than go out.Lots of plates and cutlery and a small welcome pack with dishwasher tablets, a scourer and cloth, and washing tablets which was very useful.The hosts were always very quick to respond. There was an issue with 1 of the 3 toilets and it was fixed the next day.Although some parts of the property could do with updating it's generally very modern and well looked after. Three bedrooms upstairs, seperated from the living, dinging and kitchen area. The location is just unbelievably good - just head out of the door and enjoy the beach. Moreover, the house has all the equipment you need. Dishwasher, washing mashine, hair dryer. It really does not get any better than this. The house itself could be soundproofed a little better, meaning that everyone will need to dial down the volume at night.
