Los Altos No.27 is accessed via one flight of stairs from the parking area. The villa is especially close to nearby Tennis racquets centre which now has padel courts and a bar, golf and other sporting facilities. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The shared swimming pool is a few steps away at the rear of the villa, but far enough for you not to be disturbed. As you enter the villa there is a large hall with a dining room table for entertaining, seats 6. There is also a separate W.C. on this level. Steps take you downstairs to the 2 bedrooms, family bathroom and hall cupboard. The master bedroom is slightly larger with a superking size bed which can be split into 2 singles. Aircon unit. The fitted wardrobes with plenty of hangers include draws and the Safe. Hairdryer. The French doors lead out onto a patio making it light and airy. The en suite bathroom is finished to a high standard with power shower.

The lounge and kitchen are on the second floor, the lounge is open plan as it includes the dining room.
The kitchen is separate with all modern appliances, home from home. There is ample plates/cutlery and cooking utensils. It is very well stocked with cleaning products and there is some dry/bottled food. A large fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven.
The lounge has a large corner suite, 1 recliner chair and 1 small single. Open the french doors on to the front private terrace and it gives it a lovely al fresco feel. There is a built in bbq around the side and patio table and chairs. From here you can go up the curved steps up to the solarium which has table and chairs plus a couple of sun loungers.
The living room also has a gas fire for the winter months, air con and ceiling fan. There is a large sideboard with a mixture of books/drinks/games & information leaflets.
One step down from the lounge is the dining room with a table and 4 chairs - this opens out on to the rear terrace. From here there are about 3 lots of steps leading up to the swimming pool, which is surrounded by lush gardens.
