We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The check-in was quick and efficient, and the food at the restaurant was very good.
The staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special mention to Duty Manager Haneef, who went out of his way to assist my mother, who uses a wheelchair. His kindness, care, and personal attention were truly appreciated and made our stay much more comfortable.
The only downside was the soundproofing between the rooms, as we could quite clearly hear noise from the next room. Improving this would make the overall experience even better.
Overall, a very good experience, especially thanks to the wonderful staff and exceptional service from Haneef. Highly recommended.

Nice clean room and helpful staff. The wooden key cards didn’t work with the room electricity slot, but they quickly sent a replacement plastic card. We wanted to stay near the airport to get on an early morning flight and this location was very convenient.

The room was very clean and all the staffs were absolutely wonderful including Kapil, Nagesh, Tambe and all the housekeeping team. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Imran and Guneet are wonderful hosts and the decor was done beautifully by Guneet. The place is a little gem in Dadar and it is very hard to find such a place anywhere else. Would absolutely love to come back in future.

"Relaxing stay with a nice pool. However overall condition and cleanliness at the hotel was not up to the mark. Bathrooms were not kept clean with marbles broken. Shower took time to generate hot water. Food and breakfast quality was good with plenty options for the kids."
