We are so excited to share this absolute slice of heaven with you! This cabin was a ground-up build in 2022 and is a true labor of love. We believe everyone should have that true "cabin in the woods" experience; and this will provide just that and more. Our cabin is located in the heart of the Hiawatha National Forest, just minutes away from Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. There will be no shortage of things to do and see in this area. Whether your preference is to hang out right at the cabin for your vacation or set off on day adventures in Munising, Marquette, Grand Marais and more- we can assure your experience will be outstanding. Paddle around the private lake on 1 of the 2 provided kayaks, sip coffee on the porch and enjoy the view with nothing else to do but relax, enjoy a bonfire while star gazing at the biggest sky the U.P has to offer, set out right from the front door on your UTV/ATV or snowmobile and explore hundreds of trails, enjoy a color tour right where you're at in the crisp beautiful fall season and MUCH more! While this is certainly a cabin in the woods, you will do anything but "rough it" here. We had the best time at this tiny cabin! The listing looked exactly like the photos (looked so clean and brand new) and was the peaceful, quiet getaway as described. It was a 25-30 min drive to Munising if you’re looking to explore the nearby kayaking/waterfalls at Pictured rocks. The kayaks on the property are brand new and make for a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. Jason and Hillary are great, helpful, responsive hosts and were reachable when we called with a question. Perfect place and location to get away to visit Picutured Rocks or just rock on the front porch with a peaceful lake front view . Just enough on site to feel modern conveniences with just enough space for a cozy romantic or small gathering to get away while being nestled in the national forest. Super clean!!!!! (Pictured Rock Kayaking/hiking trails). The tiny home had everything we needed…absolutely charming! Early morning Kayaking on the little lake with swans, flowering lily pads and a gentle breeze. Very deep in the woods on a long gravel road. About half an hour to the coast for shopping/restaurants, so consider that when planning meals. We just brought food…it worked great! The second bedroom is a loft with ladder access. The decor is very tastefully done! Enjoyed the campfire and playing games which we brought along. ##### Rebecca M.
