This was a modern, updated hotel very close to the Old City center. However, the neighborhood is a little sketchy at night. Tons of casinos, sports betting halls, and strip clubs all around. It’s very noisy on the street side of the hotel also. Our room (406) didn’t have working air conditioning, which I reported after the first night, but it was not fixed, so we had to sleep with the window open. That was not optimal, but necessary.
The bar area was a ton of fun at night, Carlos is an excellent bartender that kept the fun tunes going!
I would go back, but I would have a room off the street next time.
