The location is great as the hotel is in the center of town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I wish I could have stayed there longer than one night. 😀

Property itself is good. Staff is nice but doesn’t seems knowing too much English. (We had a hard time to understand when and where to have breakfast but eventually figured it out:-)

Nice Stay In A Bavarian City
I enjoy staying in Freising whenever I have an overnight layover in Munich. This hotel, in the center of the village, affords me an old-world Bavarian city experience 15 minutes from the airport. The staff takes very good care of their guests, and the facilities are very comfortable. The Christmas lights in the village were beautiful.

Hotel is great. Great location, great breakfast and very nice staff. It is located 20 from the airport but it is nothing like airport hotel. This is our second stay and we will be back.

We have stayed at the Bayerischer Hof several times the night before departing Germany. It has never disappointed us. It is a town hotel -- right on the main drag, surrounded by shops in a pedestrian-friendly area. So, in that sense, it is traditional. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are well appointed and quiet. Until quite recently, the Hof had a fine restaurant. They are now searching for a chef and I hope that they get this straightened out soon. Meanwhile the staff made reservations for us at a good restaurant nearby. Its a very fine place.

Great hotel!
Only spent one night prior to a flight home. But it was very nice!! Staff was very friendly, breakfast was nice. Only wished they had a/c, but it wasn’t hot weather so we were ok with a fan. I would absolutely stay here again!

I stayed here overnight between flights. I wanted to visit a Bavarian town instead of staying at sterile airport hotel. Freising is pleasant Bavarian town and the hotel is right on the Main Street. My room was quiet and clean, staff excellent!

The hotel was lovely. We were within walking distance of the Weihenstephan brewery so walked there and had dinner at the bier garden. The hotel room was comfortable with all the amenities you need. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. We plan on staying there at the end of our trip due to its close proximity to the Munich airport. The parking garage was a lot of fun too!!!

We arrived early for check in, but they found five rooms that were available immediately. They made special arrangements for breakfast when we had a very early flight to catch. The hotel is right in the middle of the town and we could walk to so many things.

The hotel is steps from pharmacy, shops, and restaurants. Taxi cab to airport took about half hour at 7:30 am midweek with traffic and cost 30 euro. Room was spacious and since our room overlooked a courtyard facing the back, it was very quiet. They provided a fan which was appreciated. It is an older hotel, and at one time probably was the place to stay. It is still pretty good. They could use more staff at the front desk as I stood for a long time to ask a question but after waiting for her to finish on the phone and in the back room, and with a customer, I finally gave up.

We would have liked to stay longer, because we liked the hotel. Wish this wasn’t such a fast trip! For us, it was a huge plus that it was close to the airport, but it is in an interesting area, too.

Convenient to airport; friendly staff; great food
The hotel is located just 20 minutes from the Munich Airport, but it is much more than just an airport hotel. The hotel is attractive and has character. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We had a delicious dinner in their restaurant. The breakfast service began at 6 AM, which was helpful for our flight schedule.

Amazing Hotel in a lovely town. Very clean, helpful staff, large room and Good breakfast. The walking distance from bahnhof is not very easy with bags, keep it in mind. Its Better to take a taxi.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were very clean and tidy. The breakfast was plentiful and good choices. Are here for evening meal on our last night. The food was of a very high standard and served promptly. I would stay again when visiting this part of Bavaria.

Nice place, clean, efficient, wonderful breakfast. If without a car, it’s not too convenient. Taxi had difficulty finding it from airport, and bus is about 10-15 minute walk away, which is no problem unless you have heavy bags.

My husband and I spent only one night in this hotel after flying back home. The hotel is really nice and clean. Our room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. Their restaurant is very good. The complimentary breakfast was very nice too. It is a very good location. Walking distance to a very good beer bar. It was raining, so we didn't adventure much. I would definetly stay at the Bayerischer Hof again.
