The hotel is not bad overall, but some of their processes have some room for improvements. They want to make everything digital, but it does not always work and is not always convenient. I.e., there is no any card to unlock the room, you need to remember 4 digit code. To request room cleaning, you need to scan QR code, if not scanned, it is considered as equivalent "do not disturb" sign. We didn't scan it, but they cleaned our room anyways, that was not what we wanted. Also, the safe in the room didn't work, and the light at the door was off as well (that made difficult to see button to enter 4-digit code to enter the room). Another thing, the tram on the street is pretty loud.
On a positive note, the staff at reception was nice and super friendly.
