Great hotel, close to Intnl Airport

Arrived late and got a free upgrade to an executive suite. Room was spacious, clean and very nicely appointed. Staff was courteous, if a little slow.

I booked this hotel due to location only and to catch an early flight. Ride to airport should be complimentary but was charged.

Fooled by the promotion

I really love the Leela. However, I was fooled by a promotion. The room was cheaper than usual, and I gladly got it. However, there were so many things not included( such as internet access, breakfast, airport pickup), that it became a very expensive stay, and unpleasant.

Best hotel chain in India.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us come up with an itinerary to get the most out of Mumbai without doing a "traditional" tour. Will return.

Poor service - great infrastructure.

The service at this unit of the Leela chain is the poorest. The staff at the Citrus to the front desk staff are just not customer service oriented.

Still Nice -- But a Little Dated

Have stayed at the Leela for 25 years -- Property is getting a little dated -- Not up to standards of other 5 Star properties in Mumbai

Not close to beach a little pricy but very popular

Would recommend the club rooms more expensive but have snacks throughout the day fee soft drinks and beers or shorts included 6-8pm then spirits from 9-10 pm staff excellent checkout takes longer than it should and staff easily distracted when doing so
