Hotel was in a cenmtral location with excellent staff. The only negative feedback i have was the noise from banging doors throughout the night and being able to hear people talking outside my door. Besides this, was a great stay.

A haven of peace and quiet in a bustling City ! Stand out feature are the 11 acres of gardens and a well designed pool. Rooms overlooking pool are strongly recommended - high floor as always. Pool area at this hotel is well designed - no noise or excessive child activity / noise .

Food and service were excellent. Simon and Santosh at Citrus went out of their way to treat us well. The room was very nice and bed was very comfortable with nice linens.

Excellent staff and hotel apart from breakfast. Overcrowded,tables too close to each other, basically sat at a table for 20 people. Not a pleasant breakfast for a couple!! After complaining this was resolved and a table for two was found.

Divya at front desk - service with a huge smile. Kunal in Citrus - very courteous and helpful . Bell desk - excellent service Great Wall - great food. Charge 700rs for plain rice. Outrageous. Waiters won’t give me a small portion. Apart from that, great stay. Coming back on Sun and again week after fior multiple days. Front desk and managers unyielding ijn terms of potential for upgrade. Not too interested in repeat customer I guess. O well!! I like your hotel . Have come often
