Excellent hotel with ample security

Amazing hotel,had a great time there. Loved the club breakfast offer wish all Sofitel hotel would offer that.

Sofitel one of the best hotels

My experience from start to end was excellent , Staff was so courteous , so welcoming , and trust me we always got more than committed , if I plan to stay in Mumbai Sofitel would be my first choice , Had been to Mumbai , with family and experience in Sofitel was really too good and most memorable . I mean words will not suffice . I will give 5 * s for sure . I would really suggest the same hotel to all my friends and family and all others who are seeing my review

Staff issues

Hotel is of standard naffnes for India but the staff at the reception where awful! If you don't look like a million dollars regardless that you may be, they won't want to know.

Amazing!

Everyone at the hotel is so helpful we stayed at the sofitel for 4 nights and definitely worth to upgrade to club! rooms are always spotless and clean, there isn't anything around the hotel in the eve but easy to get a taxi and go out, food is tasty and breakfast selection is very good

Best Luxary Hotel

I was awesome stay, I stayed for one night and that's after long travel, and it was comfortable, checkin was quick, staff is really nice. And best was next day morning breakfast, with Fresh juice which they squeeze just front of me. Overall nice hotel and will recommend others also.

Substandard food at Sofitel Mumbai.

Pros: The rooms are spacious but room service needs improvement,
Cons: Attitude of staff and quality of food for the prices charged.
Location: Not much to do nearby. There's a shopping centre about 30 minutes away from the hotel.
The high tea food is substandard. Morning breakfast foods are cold and do poor quality and poorly presented. Food temperature is not maintained to world standard. Many people get gastro after eating food at this hotel. The staff also looked untrained to handle food the correct way. Send your staff for further training in food handling and food preparation.

Enjoyable one night stay at sofitel.

The hotel is well pit together. Had good experiences at the main restaurant on the ground floor. A little disappointed that the chocolate shop seemed under construction. The staff were helpful. Valet parking - retrieving the car took a long time. WiFi connection speed was poor in the room
