Leaves a lot to be desired.
I am a little fed up with Expedia. Over the last few bookings, I have placed a standard request for a king size bed and a smoking room. And every time either both or one are compromised. At Novotel , during this stay, they said that they had not received any special request from Expedia. Hence I did not get a smoking room which is a BIG DEAL for me. If you do not have a leverage on your hotel partners, please do not propose them on your website.
