Excellent Location tired hotel

Cons: Total refurbishing of the hotel complex and rooms is required to bring it to the standards of other brands of comparative quality. Accor needs to give
Location: The beach is right next to the hotel. There is easy access to nice restaurants, Prthivi Theatre and other areas.
The hotel is well located close to the beach and easy access to other areas of interest and shopping. Unfortuantely the facilities at the hotel leave much to be desired. The internal fittings and furnishings are old and tired looking. The place needs a good overhaul and refurbishing. The rooms lack basic facilities such as clocks, cup and saucers, teaspoons, modern coffee making facilities. The mattresses have seen better days and need replacing as they lack backsupport. The rooms need total refurbishing. The varish is coming off the window sills. Had it not been for the location we would not have stayed at the hotel.

This hotel just needs a renovation .

According to management renovations are scheduled for hotel . Rooms need to be updated and carpet in passages need to be replaced or removed. Either then that the staff were accommodating and location on beach ideal . Pool and gym facilities good .

Need Major upgrade

Pros: The Shower
Cons: Everything, especially the staff
Location: The location is about the only thing I enjoyed this visit.
Used to love this place but now it's run down. Not worth the amount they charge. Premium Floor, electric sockets not working, reading light bulbs broken, dusty and look run down. They haven't reno'd place in years! Also the bar is terrible. Wood floors ripped up, bar top coming apart...to name a few. It's such a beautiful piece of property, if they took the time to renovate it and jazz it up it would be 100x's better.

Very good ambiance and peaceful enviorenement

Pros: Overall guest friendly
Cons: Linens in rooms
Location: Ideal location, next to sea beach and still close to many interesting places
A comfortable stay , good view from the room, cordial staff and other good stuff yone looks forward away from home

Expected to be nice but turned otherwise...

Bad experience. No Wifi connection for 3 days and then I literally had to complaint to the manager then got a wifi connection that's too poor that even my Whatsapp can't open, was not able to connect with my family as I'm an international traveler and as on international roaming. The hotel staff was kinda not polished and polite like what you expect in a 5 Star property. The check-in also took lot of time and the gentlemen at the desk was not at all polite and responsive. The only good thing I liked is their breakfast buffet. It has variety and is extensive. I enjoyed it. I stayed in Luxury room with Ocean view, the room is fine, the view was okay, not something great. On my last visit, I stayed in Taj Land's End, Bandra West, that property was amazing, that's why I believe it was fully sold out this time and I'd to book Novotel.

Great experience.

Pros: Friendly staff. Beautiful beach view and quiet. Amazing food.
Cons: Room was not being cleaned everyday. We were 3 in the room,but two towels were being kept in the bathroom.

Hotel is old and not updated. Location is good but, does not make up for dated facility. Definitely not 5 *.

Disappointed with 1st stay

Not a pleasant stay! Had asked for a smoking room and got a room on a non-smoking floor. Also had the wrong name on booking. Phone wifi and TV kept on going off!
