The 3-bedroom was very nice and spacious. The layout worked well with our family of 4 (w/2 kids). We loved the breakfast choices and there the staff was very attentive to ones needs. The negative notes; one of our kids got a lot of insect bites in her room (could not identify the insect). This is what made us to lower the less than excellent rating. Another not-so-Nice area (in our opinion) is the “gym-area.” However, walking around the complex (as an exercise) is a rather pleasant experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good sized rooms and nice to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel. Added benefit is reception, security and small, but sufficient breakfast/dinning room. Does have a gym and swimming pool, although not clear that gym is closed for several months for refurb.

The apartment was large, clean, and very comfortable. The restaurant had a great breakfast buffet. Meals ordered from the menu were also delicious! Only two negatives: 1) there was no hair dryer in the bathroom and 2) 2 of the 3 drivers we had did not speak English well and did not know where they were going. We wasted a lot of time with them driving around trying to find the places we wanted to go, even when we had someone on the phone telling them exactly how to get there. The only good driver we had was Krishna ~ he spoke English, knew where he was going, and was super helpful in every way!

I used to stay in this property.. The apartments are well appointed and have a homely feeling ... but the kitchen amenities including bread toaster and other kitchen utensil are not in good condition it has to be replaced. Otherwise the stay was pleasant ..

This is our 3rd time here at Lalco as a family. We find this place much better than a five star hotel. The apartments have a lovely homely feeling to it which you don’t really get when staying in a hotel. Rooms are spacious, comfy lounge and a nice little kitchen equipped with basic kitchen items. What more does one need? Whenever we stay here we treat this place just like our home and the service from the staff is commendable, meaning they literally go out of their way. Will we come back? Yes, we definitely will!

Location is close to airport and shopping choices. Facilities are decent. Some noise from lower levels. We stayed in an apartment style room that was spacious. Transport options available at front and atm on site. Shopping for fruit and groceries nearby.. just have to ask the staff. There is a grocery store two buildings away. Pool was ok. Used their tour service for a day and that was ok and we managed to visit few touristy sites.

Lalco for business, for sure!
Room was apartment style, quite comfortable and clean with high quality furnishings. Breakfast was very much catering to local tastes which worked for me anyway. Wifi was excellent, Staff assisted where they could so pretty happy about that. Gym was large and reasonably equipped. Car service was quick and efficient. Room service was tasty and quick.

This place is perfect for a traveling family! There is much to do in the clubhouse on the property. We have stayed in several of these kinds of properties while traveling through India, but this is by far the nicest!

Lalco Residency Standard check-in time is 02:00 PM and Check-out time is 12:00 Noon. We have displayed these times on our own website as well as on all online travel portals. Early check-in facility is always subject to availability, and early check-ins can be subject to certain charges. We encourage all of our guests to request early check-ins in advance especially when an early check-in is requested for so early in the morning. We apologize for the low water pressure in your bathroom shower. We did offer to change your apartment, but unfortunately we did not receive a positive response from your end. A problem the water line pressure was low and as soon as your apartment was vacated we shut it down for maintenance to resolve the issue so that no other guest would incur the same issue. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously and we are sorry to hear you felt there was a bad smell in your room. Please accept our apology for same. I can assure you this is a very unusual. Part of our mission is to continue to improve on both our appearance and our procedures on a consistent basis. We value your business and wish to retain you as our guest. Our stay at Lalco residency was ok. The staff attended to our queries and complaints without much delay. The only set back we had was on the breakfast which wasnt that appetising for us.

Good rates and a clean place to stay.
Suggestions for improvements: Checking in at 1:30 PAM was inefficient. They locked one bedroom when we requested 3 beds. My brother and father had to sleep in one bed. The coffee mug was cracked and needs to be replaced. We were in room 61 on28th December.

While not even 4 star it proves a great place for multiple staff at a great rate only a few km form the convention center. With 4 beds , in 2 rooms , kitchen and more its a great and affordable place . While not perfectly clean they do try and overall it just works. A 3.5 star in a perfect location for trade show ..

Not four stars, depends on your needs
I had to find a hotel in a flash in Mumbai, and for whatever reason everything was full. So, I got Lalco residency based on the satisfaction rate from other users and also because it said it was a 4-star hotel. My review is mixed. First, it should be said that this is not a four star hotel. It is a residency (a.k.a. apartments), and the facilities are just not up to par with a four star rating. Beds are very simple, TVs pretty small, bathrooms very basic (and, in my case with some problem of smell when you flush, and no hot water when you shower). But it was clean, and... HUGE - I counted 6 sleeping rooms, living room, kitchen… Guys at reception were helpful and efficient, helped me book a cab. Neighborhood is not exactly a plus - no sidewalk but a ditch with foul water running. There isn't much nearby, and no restaurant or convenience store at the residency itself. Some small shops up the hill, but the restaurants may or may not be recommendable. Had to stick with chips and beer. So, overall, I cannot give a glaring review, but I am not giving two thumbs down either. It depends on your needs. If you are traveling as a group, you are OK with 2-star and 3-star appartments, reserving well in advance to get a decent rate, and are OK to shop and eat remote or call it in, that can work for you. It is safe and clean. But for the use I had to do, it was not ideal.

We are currently in the process of upgrading both the interiors of our apartments .We will be done with this process shortly. Please pardon our appearance while we complete this process. We believe in conserving our environment and the toilet smell was due to recycling of water in an effort to maintain a green footprint and conserve water. Now we have found a solution to the smell and we are consistently working to be more energy efficient without sacrificing any services to our guests. Lalco Residency provides 24 x 7 facilities of Hot water in each of our bathrooms, weapologize if you missed hot water button, but we will be sure to place proper sticker on hot water button in a more convenient location in the future to ensure no other guests are inconvenienced in the same way. We do have dining area situated at 1st floor of our premises and we do serve breakfast every day along with lunch and dinner as per guest requests. We are also in the process of renovating our kitchen and as soon as our kitchen in renovated, we will greatly be expanding our meal options and buffet options. The pictures look nothing like the actual building. The building from the outside looks like a slum building, all brown and dirty. The rooms are all painted white, which makes the rooms look really dirty. You will see brown, grey, and black spots all over the walls. The management will try to suck every penny out of you. I ended up staying only 3 nights instead of the 4 booked nights. They made me pay for extra guests for all 4 nights, and wouldn't even refund that when I left. I wasn't even asking for the room refund, just a refund for the extra guests which weren't going to be there. They tried to explain to me how they aren't capable of putting a refund back onto a credit card. There are MUCH better places to stay in Mumbai. The company who stamped this place as a 4 star resort is playing a serious joke.

Okay for a short stay with a group of friends
We rented a 3 bed apartment with a group of friends, and stayed 4 nights. The general condition of the apartment was good, and we had all the required amenities. The breakfast wasn't very good, and we had to pay a lot for the wifi internet - about 15GBP per person each.

Good clean and large apartments
Arrived from London to stay for 5 days visiting relatives in Mumbai. Hotel car picked us up from airport. Staff very friendly and helpful at check in desk throughout our stay. They went out of their way to service our needs. Stayed in a 3 bed apt. All had AC but third room is a small single.Hired their car with driver throughout my stay for the whole day and late evenings. Everything worked and the lounge, 2 bedrooms and kitchen (not used) are roomy and pleasant. Even though there is nothing nearby, the location is great for visiting the suburbs. We had dinner most nights in Oberoi Mall which has lovely restaurants and a food court and only 12 mins away by car. Other malls also near by if willing to travel a bit further.The only down side is the breakfast is too basic and pricey for what you get. Also internet access is poor and you only get connection to 1 device per fee. However, would recommend these apartments for visitors to India. They are not 5 star but decent enough 4 star.

Homely Stay
Good apartment to stay for families, only far away from the main shopping areas of mumbai and located on a congested JVLR road. Room guest are not allowed after 10:30 pm is a downside. Overall a good experience.

Clean and Comfortable place, but very expensive
We had a 2BHK which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were pretty helpful and service was good. On the down side, there is no free wi-fi and you had to pay a whopping Rs 350 per day to have this. Also, breakfast is also not included and this cost Rs 250 p/p each day. Given the apartment is not cheap, even by Mumbai standards, these items should be included free. Don't take notice of the "sports facilities" available at this place -- apart from the swimming pool you can only use the other activities (table tennis, badminton, etc) if you have your own rackets, net, and other equipment and none is available for hire. Location: this is good for airport (15mins) and close to the highway; however, in the immediate vicinity there are no shops, restaurants, or cinemas so you would need to get an auto-rickshaw to get anywhere.

We serve breakfast to our all of our guestsupon request. We also place a Door hanger with our complete Breakfast Menu in each apartment on a daily basis to remind guests to order Breakfast. Guests even have the option of having their Breakfast orders delivered to their room at no extra charge if they do not want to eat in our Restaurant. All guidelines for Lalco Residency are kept in our welcome packet placed in each apartment, but we will be sure to place them in a more convenient location in the future to ensure no other guests are inconvenienced in the same way. Great apartment and helpful staff
Everything was exactly like the photos and as described and it fully met our expectations. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was not the best, but it was ok. Great apartment.

걸어서 다닐만한 곳에는 작은 슈퍼 말고 아무것도 없음. 근처 전시장에 출장이 있다면 추천하지만 그렇지 않다면 다른 숙소를 알아보는게 좋을듯!

Struttura inadeguata
La camera non aveva acqua calda (dopo un giorno e mezzo ci è stato detto che esisteva un interruttore - accensione scaldabagno - che non era evidenziato e non era stato segnalato neanche dalla persona che accompagna i clienti in camera). Non c'è wifi, la televisione non funzionava. La colazione dell'hotel era pessima. Davanti alla struttura non c'erano taxi. La pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Non è assolutamente un 4 stelle e poi la camera che ci è stata assegnata non è affatto come quella pubblicizzata da sito (suite).
