Pros: Amenities, especially the shower.
Cons: There were a few mosquitoes in the lobby. Not sure how this could be helped, though.
The hotel was impeccable and the service outstanding. I would stay here again when visiting the great city.

Excellent hotel near international airport

Excellent hotel with all the facilities expected from 5 star. Staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Our favourite was Dil, her attitude and constant smile was reminiscent of this fine hotel

Make sure you book the shuttle before you arrive.

Cons: Dust on the complimentary fruit.
Location: N/A
Make sure you book the shuttle from the Terminal (both ways) in advance and make it clear which Hyatt you are staying at. Otherwise it all works.

Business trip

Pros: The hotel is well set out with good facilities and restaurants -
Cons: it is a shame there isn't a bar or outside are to take advantage of late evening sun.
Location: The location is great for the airport but if you want to do anything else you will need a local taxi -
I recently had to go to Mumbai for a Business trip and found the Hyatt Regency to well located, well appointed and overall - incredibly friendly.

Pros: Comfort of room, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, transfer from airport.
I always stay at the Hyatt in Mumbai it is terrific!

OK airport hotel but better options are available.

Location: Stay at the Leela - it is far better in every way.
Upon arrival we were directed to a side entrance as the main entrance was being renovated. As a result we had to wade through the guest enjoying their Christmas brunch to get to reception. We were initally given a room facing the road and the airport. It was very noisy with traffic and plane noise so we requested a change. the alternative was a room overlooking the pool. This was very quiet. Especially quiet as the pool was empty and the tiling being renovated. We were told that arrangements had been made for us to use the pool in a hotel nearby and a shuttle bus was available. This would have been nice to know before we booked. Other than this the hotel was fine except that in every location, bar, restaurant etc the music was extremely loud. even at breakfast!! I guess this drowns out the noiise from outside.....

As we arrived early morning from Aurangabadh we were allowed for early checkin with no hassles and we had breakfast Complimentary which was awesome .
