Location: Vorteil: Nähe zum Internationalen Flughafen
Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie muss WiFi eigentlich selbstverständlich sein und nicht extra berechnet werden.Der Pool ist sehr klein und das "Fitness Center" hat diesen Namen nicht verdient. Nicht sehr freundliches Personal in der Rezeption! Mir wurde zusätzlich ein Taxitransfer berechnet, den ich nicht in Anspruch genommen habe! Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier nicht!

Traditional and Quiet Hotel next to the airport

Pros: Staff and decor and nearness to airport.
Cons: Keep doing the excellent job!
Location: Near the airport
A hotel with a character, beautifully designed, terrific staff especially Anant at the reception desk, Ashish and Sandeep at the Lounge restaurant, Jeeven as a piano player plying Jazz and others who worked in the restaurant making delicious dosas and omelette and othe staff who made our stay comfortable and memorable. We will come back to this jem again!

Poor service in hotel owned restaurants.

Pros: Location close to the airport
Cons: See comments above.They should visit other countries and study how airport hotels operate. The prices in general are 2X of what they deserve in India.
Location: There is nothing to do in Mumbai nearby. Most area around the airport is semi-slum. Streets are not well lit and not safe to walk after 6 PM.
Few points to consider. 1> Poor service in food area: In all visits to their restaurants, had to wait 30 min to 1 hr for the first connect with the server. 2> Food prices: They are more than international range. Remember service charges of all kinds add up to 40% on top of inflated prices. Buffet dinner cost me $35 per person and breakfast about $25. 3> Room comfort was so so. Our room smelt like smoking room. On complaint, they say the floor has some smoking rooms and we might have got the smell through A/C. 4> Complimentary pick-up is $15-20 for 1 km distance from terminal! This should be provided for free. 5> Most international flights arrive and leave Mumbai in the midnight. So even if you take the room for a day, they charge for extra day. They need to provide 24 hr check in-out facility.

Good boutique hotel. Especially good for female business travellers. Upgrade for club is worthwhile. Jeevan the pianist in the lobby is a fabulous asset.

Fint hotell med utmärkt service. Hade problem med lukt i mitt rum men det ordnades snabbt i receptionen. Byte till ett bättre rum. Servicen var excellent med vänlig personal.

Despite its stunning gorgeous decorations under the HILTON brand, the meals are quite reasonably priced. Maybe the most cost efficient hotel in this area.

Not bad, but wouldn't stay there again !

Pros: The bed was comfortable. The room decor was good.
Cons: 1. Breakfast needs a major overhaul. Improve checkin communication. Improve checkout speed. Improve practical needs inside the room for the traveler.
Location: Close to Mumbai airport. Good location, but parking and entry/exit to the hotel is a nightmare !
I stayed at the Hilton Mumbai Airport for 3 nights and man was I disappointed from check-in all the way to check-out. At checkin I was sold a room upgrade without being clearly told it was a room upgrade. I was told it was a package upgrade that included breakfast, internet and airport drop off. Communication needs improvement. In an effort to make the hotel appealing in Victorian style, the Hilton forgot a few basic needs. There were no wall outlets easily accessible to plugin chargers etc. They were burried deep under the bed side table or under the office desk. No rain shower head in the bathroom. Even the hand shower was dated and didn't work on most settings. The light switches to the toilet (restroom) are located near the main door instead of inside the bathroom which is confusing. The hotel has a bidet inside the toilet which is in your face when you sit on the toilet. It should have been on the side. The breakfast spread needs a major overhaul. Wifi is slow, keeps dropping and poor. I have more feedback, but lack of space to mention it all.

Pleasant stay at the Hilton but no free Wifi

Our stay at the Hilton was great as the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect with our early departure. The disappointing thing about the hotel was that there was no free wifi which is a basic amenity for a international travelling guest. The rooms were lovely and food in the restaurant great!
