Poor Location, Worse Service.

Would NOT recommend this hotel in Mumbai. Firstly, the location is terrible and the service even worse.
Long story short, I received an email confirmation from the hotel's reservation staff that I could check-in at 4am as long as a room was open. Upon arriving at 5am, even after giving the reception staff a huge tip, they refused to check me in unless I paid full day price (and they did not return the large tip). After lot's of protesting the most they would do is offer half price, or around US$150 for early check-in. They did not care that I had an email confirmation from their reservation staff saying I could check-in at those hours as long as a room was free (which it clearly was since they kept asking me for money to check-in at the time). I ended up sleeping on the couch with an eye mask on in the hotel lobby 4 feet from the reception desk. As some hours past, it was only after I started snoring and guests were checking out that they finally allowed me to sleep in a room.
Additionally I came back to my room midday to see three maids sitting on my made bed and chairs all chatting away having fun. When I walked in they quickly jumped up, pretended to be cleaning, and one ran to shut my luggage which was I made sure was shut before I left the room earlier.
Lastly, the location blows. Getting anywhere cool in the city is a 45-60 minute drive. The hotel is surrounded by slums & there is nowhere to walk near the hotel. Go to the Taj, Oberai, or any other hotel.
