I stayed at Four seasons from 7th Apr to 9th Apr 2017. At the hotel i left my wallet on table for 2 mins and when I came back it was not there. Checked CCTV cameras which were blurr. No outside people came near to that table except waiters. Hotel asked me not to file FIR and only missing complaint. They made sure inspector at nearby station also didn't file FIR. I lost all my identity cards cash and my work visa.

I have noted your feedback regarding your missing wallet and I am sorry about it. As soon as you brought it to our attention, our Security personnel thoroughly checked the area and investigated with all the staff present at that time and regrettably no wallet was located. Also our Security Supervisor accompanied you by hotel transportation to the nearest Police Station where you were assisted by him in filing Complaint No. 597 dated 7Apr 2017 in English (whereas generally it is always filed in Marathi). We would also like to share that the decision of filing a FIR or Missing complaint is decided by the Police officials and is out of our control.
Hence while I do regret any inconvenience caused, in view of the above we did all possible to assist you in the matter.
