Comfortable nice no issues.

Posted 07-Feb-2017
Had a nice stay at hotel. Enjoyed the suite which was quite large and had a lovely bathtub. They use my favroite Indian line Forest essentials for the toiletries which was a nice surprise! Breakfast was good service nice. Pool a bit small but nice spa area to relax. Neighborhood is a bit chaotic and not much to do directly around hotel... only thing that was missing was that "wow" factor I've experienced at other four seasons as well as other hotels in Mumbai. Not a bad choice though. Thank you. Great views from high floor rooms :)

The ultimate in customer service

Posted 06-Feb-2017
Everything was as close to perfect as possible, except... at night, we tried to decrease the temperature of the room just a bit, the room did not cool down in proportion to the thermostat- did not call for help as it was too late .. wasn't important enough --- it wasn't too big of a deal

Truly 5 star

One of the best luxury hotels in town. Being the only Four Seasons in India, don't miss to stay here if you are in Mumbai.

When in Mumbai

I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are new to India. The gap in quality -amenities, management & customer service- is very clear

Top Five Star Hotel in Mumbai

Posted 16-Jan-2017
Pros: Fresh drinks served by Mr Karma & follow up email by management comforting me that my deposit was refunded, as I left without properly checking out
Cons: Renovations geared towards perfections (minor scratches on the hallway walls & mini espresso machines with better coffee options)
Location: Located In the best part of Mumbai
Stayed in a Premier Executive Room, the presence of meticulous management is obvious in customer service, which easily keeps it ahead of other 5 star hotels in Mumbai

Outstanding Hotel in the middle of Mumbai

Posted 11-Jan-2017
Pros: The hotel staff was always helpful. Reception, the concierge service and the staff in the restaurants were exceptional. The spa facilities were good.
Cons: They didn't sell bathing suits for women although they did for men and they also needed a souvenir shop.
Location: We could easily get to the nearby shopping mall and we visited the Science Centre across from the hotel. Otherwise we needed taxis to go to sights.
This hotel offered an upscale experience in the business area of Worli and provided a good base for sightseeing. We spent four days visiting Mumbai as tourists and this hotel was excellent. It is within walking distance of the High Street Phoenix Shopping Mall and across the street from the Nehru Science Centre. Because it was the holidays the tours were booked so we hired a car and driver from the hotel for the day. The driver turned out to be the best tour guide we could have hoped for. He was able to maneuver through the city's traffic and parking without any issues. The hotel staff was very attentive and anything we needed they were more than happy to help us with.

Stayed here while in town for 4 th Test

Service was outstanding from the moment we were met at the airport -car had wifi!- and whisked straight to our room -reminiscent of Mandarin or Peninsula in Hong Kong. During our stay everyone was so helpful and the staff at breakfast were wonderful at taking me through local Indian dishes. View from the rooftop bar at sunset is simply stunning. Later on it does get very busy and effectively turns into a nightclub. I'm not sure that the seating is as well thought through as it might be up there but otherwise everything was outsatnding

Among the best in luxury

Posted 18-Dec-2016
Pros: Extremely comfortable bed
Spacious room with adequate lighting even though it was the lowest category. Often, even big hotels cheat on small details but this one was beyond expectation. Very comfortable bed and small details (such as bath salts for tub) etc taken care of.
