"We wanted something special for our last night of our 2 week road trip and we found it. A lovely place off the main road on a farm. Very comfortable beds and because of the shutters we were able to shut out the early morning sun. So we got a very good night's rest. In the morning we were greeted by our host with a wonderful basket of croissant, bread and pain au chocolat which we were able to eat on the terrace at the back. Thanks you for making this a perfect end to our holiday."

"I stayed 2 nights at Stéfan's place at the beginning of a bicycle trip. The location is ideal; easy to reach from Blois, but remote enough to be quiet and tranquil.I spent a day shopping, riding to Cheverny where I had a picnic on the grounds of the chateau, and back to Vineuil. On the way I stopped at the coop degustation center for Cour Cheverny. "My criteria for choosing this hotel was air con( been to Loire in August before and needed it) pool ( ideal to cool off and have a relaxing day) plus parking. The hotel had all three plus a central village location with a good range of places to eat and drink. The hotel was lovely, staff friendly and generally well maintained. Breakfast plentiful, but repetitive. Plenty of beds by the pool and shade, which if you’ve holidayed in Spain is often differcukt to get unless you get up at6am. The only negative was that air on in our room was poor and didn’t cool much below 28C. It couldn’t cope with heatwave."

"We stayed 2 nights, mom and teen daughter. Stayed in a queen cabin. First the goods - the air conditioning on our cabin was exceptional and bed super comfy. We slept well in the heat. The staff are ALL very friendly and helpful. Pool was perfect temperature for a dip in the heat. They had poolside drink service too. Honestly, I can’t say enough about the very good and friendly service. Location is fantastic, very close to Blois. You need a car Points to consider - the wifi in our cabin was practically non-existent. If you have to work here, plan to rely on cell service. As others have mentioned, the shower is poorly designed and if you aren’t very careful, water will stream everywhere. I noticed the floor is warped in several places and I expect it’s from sitting water from shower. Breakfast was not excellent. Reminded me more of a Holiday Inn Express than a beautiful French countryside hotel. Maybe my expectations were too high. We ate at the restaurant one evening. We enjoyed it, staff very accommodating."
