The bedroom door didn’t lock when leaving, the bedroom furniture and throws are worn. Everywhere was freezing until we asked for the air con to be turned down. The music in the bar was way too loud and very depressing and again it was freezing. The lockers in pool changing room didn’t lock/close and the spa area needs maintenance. A bit disappointing after what we paid!" We asked for playing cards but they didn't have any {forgot ours} , might be a nice thought to have cards and games for adults and kids to borrow as many families there staying I saw. It's family oriented so if looking for a couples break maybe another place during easter time.
