My Experience

This hotel was in a convenient area and appeared to be in good condition area, which is why I chose this place in an emergency situation. However, the hotel and my room smelled of cigarette smoke. My room also had a faint smell of pet urine, which seemed to be coming from the carpet. My bed was comfortable but the sheets and comforter seem to be very well worn. My cable was fuzzy and could not be watched. When I brought these issues to the front desk, the first representative was apologetic and said she will have the maintenance check the television. However, another lady appeared and seemed to take my complaints very personal and seemed to be very offended by my complaints. I walked away feeling like nothing would be done.

Since our suites have a kitchenette equipped with a full-size refrigerator including ice trays, so we do not have ice machines on our property. And the kitchenware along with any other amenities are available at the front desk. Nice stay, great area

Best Extended Stay I've encountered. Staff was fantastic and the location was great with many things within walking distance. Quiet, clean, felt safe, and attentive staff.

Boeing meeting

This is definitely not a business type hotel. There were large dogs everywhere. There was no daily maid service. There were no glasses or a blow dryer in the room. The location to Boeing is great. Just understand that this is not a Hilton. Not even close to Hampton Inn. May be even below a motel 6.

Not the best choice

Pros: Location
Cons: Change the sheets, replace the bedcover, replace bloodstained mattress, tell people beforehand if they are booking a smoking room.
Location: Flying Heritage Museum, Boeing
I lifted the sheets and noticed that they were very wrinkled, I suspected that they were not changed, then finding hair on them I realized that I was right. I also found bloodstains on the bedcover and on the mattress, I could see them through the sheet. We were placed in a smoking room which smelled awful, but the hotel was busy and we got one of the last available rooms - if I had known that it was a smoking room, I would have looked somewhere else (I obtained the room on Expedia). The staff was very courteous and the coffee was good.

Wont stay here again

Room layout was good but thats about it. I stayed 2 different times in a week. The first stay i found an empty poweraid bottle under my bed i didnt drink but i decided to brush it off. The second time i checked in i found a hair left on the toilet seat. The garbage was spilling out of the garbage area into the hall and the floor smelt like dirty diapers. One of the staff was very rude to me and my kids for no reason. I called the company and manager failed to contact me about the issues. There are three things advertised when looking at this hotel and one is cleanliness but thats obviously not garenteed. The garbage room is almost full again and when i opened my door first thing in the morning to get coffee the diaper smell was back. If your going to fully book a hotel i think you should have the staff to run it.

Nice hotel close to amenities

Location: Grocery stores and close to the freeway.
Hotel is conveniently located and is close to amenities such as supermarkets. It has a small convenient kitchenette.

Pros: Good rate
Cons: Hot water in the morning.
All was good, but the hot water in the morning was cold. I suspect that everyone took showers at the same time, cause the hot water was warm in the evening.
