Good quality hotel, well equipped and clean, comfortable room and bed. Somewhat expensive for what it was, and the outbuilding in which I stayed had a rather industrial, impersonal-feeling staircase while corridors were looking unsightly during a period of redecoration.

Check out was at 12. Housekeeping incessantly kept knocking every 20 minutes the morning of, despite having told them I was leaving just before 12. Very rude. Complained to the front and they promised corrective action. Overall, great stay, except for the aggressive eviction.

Nice property located located in the center of town near outdoor cafés and shopping. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was the noise from all of the activity outside at night.

We enjoyed our stay here in this comfortable property. It was clean and in a good location. I would recommend an update with the pillows as they were a bit flat and a little smelly. Other than that, the stay was a positive one.

Check in was uneventful until things went wrong. Our cards stopped working after one night. They didn't explain how the parking worked so we were late out first morinng out. They couldn't seem to understand my room number after saying it multilpe times in German and English.

Fantastic Hotel - Highly Recommend!
The staff at the hotel were outstanding! They made every effort to accommodate our needs and requests (in particular Marcela at Front Desk and Mr. Richter). The location of the hotel is perfect for sight-seeing and shopping. This hotel also offers wonderful amenities, including an Executive Lounge (with appropriate room booking) and covered parking in the public parking garage downstairs. Highly recommend!

Although the hotel lacks any old world charm, it provides a comfortable, functional place to stay in the old city of Muenster. Each room has a large floor to ceiling window that provides light, air and a nice view. The hotel room thus becomes a decent place to work during the day. The bathroom is large and the shower works perfectly. The overall style of the hotel is German minimalist. Breakfast buffet is good

Good hotel in the centre of town!
Great hotel in the middle of the town. Good service and a good breakfast. We had our dog with us and they put a dog bed in our rooms with a bag full of food and treats - good service! The parking in the basement is easy. Would recommend a stay if you are visiting the town!
