"The hotel is beautiful and has beautiful pools. All areas are nice and tidy. Really enjoyed my time there."

"The kitchen had 3 different sets of doors. The only set of 4 matching glasses we could find were large pint glasses with handles, all other glasses looked like they had been scavenged from bars.The luxury sunbeds in the picture were ALL broken, the cushions were torn. Other mismatched sun beds were provided but were heavily worn and the plastic broken in places.Putting green is unusable.The pool table base is broken and hanging off.Weeds were a foot high along the wall to the golf course / next to the pool.There were many missing tiles from the pool leaving sharp edges.The pool cover is torn and as such very difficult to move on and off the pool.The pool net is snapped and unusable.When we tried to use the oven black smoke came billowing out for a minimum of 10 minutes.It rained and the roof leaked leaving a large dangerous puddle on the tiles in the living room.The power went off for a day causing the contents of the freezer to defrost and needing to be replaced.One of the rooms has a curtain covered with mould.There is also clearly an issue with the drains as when laying in the garden there is a distinct smell of waste.When these issues were highlighted to the owner upon check in (Thursday) no response was received till Saturday and the response was a simple sorry.This villa is marketed as a luxury villa and does NOT deliver."

"This was our 3rd time in this hotel, and we couldn’t ask for better! Good size bedroom with a fantastic balcony and even a kitchenette, spacious bathroom. Breakfast and dinner options were good considering the price range of this hotel. Location very convenient, 10mins from the airport and well connected to both north and south of the island. We can’t wait to go back next year!"

"Just returned from a fantastic stay in Villa Misti, the Villa is beautifully decorated and has a great outdoor space overlooking the golf course. Our party was adults & teenagers, the pool, hot tub and pool table kept everyone entertained! The local supermarket just 15 min walk away, the main town centre is a little further but a nice walk along the beach front, also lots of taxis around that are really cheap in comparison to UK taxis. Communication was great and they really went the extra mile when we arrived later than scheduled after a delayed flight! Would definitely recommend 😊"
