It took 45 minutes to check in because Expedia neglected to send both reservation numbers for the rooms and when I got to my room it hadn't been cleaned. I went back to the desk to get a different room which they gave me, but it was not the cleanliness quality one expects for a 4 star hotel. "

"Staff very nice. Property has spiffed up rooms but forgot the practical uses. Examples: light only available on one side of the bed. TV’s positioned so you need to watch you don’t bang your head when getting out of bed, no lighting near the sitting area, tub mats so small it’s hard to step into the tub-hold into the grab bar-not fall because there is no where to step, no place to hang your towel once your shower is over, no bath mat for the floor and the shower curtain is too small, so water gets on the floor, the bathroom door doesn’t stay closed, mattresses so soft it has no support, etc"
