Friendly service, comfortable beds and rooms, and great internet! The only downside was no refunds for the two nights the room wasn't needed when my trip was cut short. I don't remember seeing information about that but I could have missed it.

Stop on way to B uffalo River National Park. Very clean. Staff friendly and pleasant. Good for mid level motel. No breakfast,but McDonald's up the street.

Manager was very nice and helpful. Property is very dated and lower quality amenities. It would be a lot nicer with updated furniture and carpet. Everything smells like cigarette smoke. But price was somewhat cheap, so you get what you pay for.

They wouldn't take responsibility for their workers getting a drywall mixture on my car. They wouldn't fix the scalding hot shower. They claim it wasn't doing it. They don't clean. Exposed hole around smoke detector. Looked like they painted over mold. Found a cigarette on the floor behind the fridge by an ant motel in my non-smoking room. Poor outdoor lighting. Shady characters coming in and out of there. I took off the 2nd night. Went to the Quality Inn in Mtn. Home. I recommend you do the same!

sorry for your inconvenience but mam we told there was no paint spots at your car and if it had problem then we would fixed it and if u had problem with rooms not clean according to your expectation we would change room or fixed it we check shower also and its was working fine we were busy at that time and in motel industry for us all customers are welcomed and had another room also for your workers . so its not the motel with shady people we believe in customer services.

The check in was quick and easy. Because we had pets, they put us in a room with easy access to a walking area behind the hotel. Clean towels and supplies ready everyday. No fuss, just a nice room to base our NorthernnArkansas adventure from.

There was an odd smell in the room. Couldn’t figure out what it was. And, there was a hole in the shower stall that weirded me out a little. The shower faucet handle was hard to adjust. It was either too hot or too cold.

We had to make a last min stay for a family funeral. All the spots by the room were taken up by the people living in the rooms, and they hung out in front drinking and checking out my daughter's butts.

Walls were nasty. Looked like bave not been cleaned in years. Hair dryer was broke.No iron in r9m or available at front desk. Sheets were sstained and or nkt clean. Check out was at 10:00am and requested for an extra hour but they denied. Room was almost 80.00$. Ridiculously priced when 15 miles from Gassville you can stay in Mountain Home for less and for clean room, with 11:00 or 12:000 che k out.

sorry for inconvenience in your stay. bur mam rooms is not $80 . and mam u never had id just had photo pic. but still we had accommodate with smoking rooms. because u wanted it and if u would ask front desk. They would change u room or given u what u wanted.

Flies everywhere. Room comes with a fly-swatter. Dead flies on floor and in toilet and shower. Breakfast was minimal. Nice people. Just not a clean well maintained place. Just glad my wife wasn’t with me as it would not have gone over well. The grandsons with me didn’t seem to notice. They just wanted to go fishing.

When we arrived to check in the owner was ther she was beyond amazing! Her and her staff was very helpful telling us about the area and making sure we had everything we need for or room. The room it’s self was very big and super clean. The bathroom are a bit small but the hotel it self is on the older side. Other than that everything was great we will definitely stay there again!!

Foreign prison aura
The hotel looked old n dirty from the outside but was worse on the inside. Smells like what I would imagine a foreign jail would smell like. Lady at front desk was rude and treated me like I interrupted her evening. They gave the room for my son and i with 2 beds to someone else and suggested one of us should sleep ON THE FLOOR!!! I had to call Hotels.com back and the hotel LIED TO HOTELS.COM!!!!

Center of Gassville, adjacent to everything
I was followed up with over the phone, greeted very warmly in person, and given one of the most interesting keys I’d ever seen. It’s not a magnetic strip, so the phone won’t deactivate it, which is excellent. Tons of awesome places for food nearby like Freez King, Letty’s, and KT’s smokehouse. Sizeable room with amenities.

Friendly, the room had everything you would want just outdated but clean. The lady got up and checked me in even though I got there after midnight and was professional about it. Deer all over the lot nice spot.

Older establishment but nice.
This is an older privately owned motel. Nothing fancy by any means but clean and well-maintained. The manager was very nice and chatty. Good strong WIFI. Although vegetarian, she recommended a couple of good restaurants and said most like the BBQ place best. (We did too.) Complimentary breakfast is just coffee, pastries, and cereal plenty of parking in back, especially if you are towing a trailer, like we did. We were on the back side of the motel and there were only a few other guests on that side. Very quiet.

This motel was clean, adequate and the staff very friendly and service oriented. A regular room, bed was fairly comfortable, big bathtub, small refrig and microwave. There was a small breakfast, but there are 3 fast food places within 1/2 mile. Good place to stay night or two!!!

Second time in short period of time staying in area. Got same room I was in. I liked that. As before the most personable Krishma, was very accommodating. Always with a smile, and a very pleasant personality. Just enjoy visiting with her about area, family etc. Will go back again when in the area.

Very friendly and caring.
Basic room. Location excellent for me. Kareshma at Front desk is an exceptional example of what hospitality staff should strive to be. For as busy as she stays, she was always friendly, smiling, and helpful. Will need to be back next month and will stay there again.

Worth the money.
I stay in a lot of motels and this one is great for its price point. It was clean, safe, quiet, and friendly. Far better than any of the other little motels at this price point that I've used over the last few years.

Best place to stay in Gassville.
I typically stay here, when I travel to Gassville, Arkansas. The current owners have been there since 2009, I believe, and they are cordial and helpful. The continental breakfast offered is minimal, but acceptable. Rooms are easily accessible, clean, and well stocked with everything you need.
