It is situated not far from the beach yet with stores within walking distance. It is located in a quiet private, secure community which has an Olympic pool, tennis and basketball courts as well as plenty of jogging paths. The house is two stories, housing 3 bedrooms, one of which is a magnificent master suit containing a duak dual fireplace and a sitting room. The views are of tranquil mini forest and a fenced in back yard. The additional 2 rooms have another full bath which is accessible from both rooms. When you walk down the stately staircase you will land onto an open floor plan with high ceilings, an office to your left and dining area to your right. If you continue walking you will enter the living room area with a dual fireplace that leads into a large well stocked kitchen, quartz countertops and latest appliances that would satisfy any chef with filtered water system for drinking and cooking. From the kitchen you can step onto the deck to have your morning coffee while being visited by birds and deer. Opposite the kitchen there is a powder room for convenience.
