Good location - across from the shopping centre Good large spacious room /apartment and bedroom separate Fully equipped kitchen Beds comfortable and great supply of linen /towels Nice to have handwash /bodywash provided Stove top, Microwave and airconditioner in the bedroom desparately needs to be updated. Everything we needed. Good 5 night stay.

Great location for us traveling between Ipswich and the City. But the property is really starting to show signs of its age and there were items inside the units that really needed replacing. Disappointing that the pool (a significant draw card during our Christmas vacation) did not get repaired during our 16 day stay.

Value for money
Lovely & cool when we walked in. Very spacious and very clean. Building is old so apartment could do with a make over in kitchen & bathroom. Lounge quite uncomfortable to sit on and is well worn.

Had an amazing trip staying for 4 evenings and from the minute I walked in to reception and the helpful lady behind counter was excellent and friendly. And I chatted to the cleaners and found them enjoying their work and so friendly

When I checked in the staff were friendly upon entering the room there was paper on the floor and no phone in the room the safety latch on the door had been broken and not replaced did not feel very safe at the end of the property with no secure door the maintenance person did attend and say he didn’t have another safety lock and it would be fine staff were all friendly

Disappointing, rooms are aged with paint peeling, holes in walls, cupboards broken/shabby and unclean. Floors were dirty, dirt, dust and old tissues behind side tables. Very old air-conditioning units that didn't work properly or didn't work at all. Very overpriced for what you get. Very much in need of a refurb.

Basic accommodation at a reasonable price. The room was very clean and the housekeepers did a great job each day of making beds, and tidying up. Would have been good to have a better breakfast options. The room had tea/coffee making facilities & a fridge which was handy. The internet wasn’t great and needs speeding up. Otherwise overall reasonable budget accommodation.

Perfectly Relaxing Stay
I loved my stay here. Staff were caring and polite. My apartment had a huge room and extra bedding, which I used. I was very comfortable there, loved the location & setting among trees. Parking was close to my spartment. It didn’t matter, but the air conditioner seemed old.

The hotel (or at least the room I was in) was very tired. Carpet had waves and bumps in it, paintwork was not fresh, fittings were tired. It did the job but certainly wasn't inviting. No information in the room so unclear what facilities there were. Not rushing back
