When we arrived at the hotel in Mt Laurel after dropping off our family member from the airport, and tried to check in, there was no one at the front desk to help. We waited and called for help for around 20 minutes before calling the front desk where no one picked up.
We had to call 1-877-843-7663 to figure out what's going on. Said person was helpful, but also failed to find the front desk until 20 minutes later. Arriving at 1:15am, we were finally able to get a room at 2:05am
The room we finally got in was full of smoke smell, no napkins available, no trash can in the bathroom, bed smells. We don't know if the pillow cases are clean or not,
since they smell like someone just used them. The room also seemed to lack proper blankets.
The hotel walls were very thin. We heard loud noises from neighbors whole night, with loud music and banter. It made it difficult to sleep.
Checkout was quick, we were able to just leave, but the overall experience was poor and frustrating. Would not recommend Red Roof Hotel
