We checked into the hotel, got our luggage all the way up the stairs (there are no elevators) only to open the door to our room and get hit with the smell of marijuana. The entire room smelled of marijuana. It was beyond terrible. We turned the air on, opened the windows and the smell wasn’t going away. I went to the front desk asking for a different room as I have my one year old child with us who I refuse to sleep in that condition. The front desk gave me a spray to kill the odor since there were no other rooms available to accommodate us. Needless to say we had to check o it and find a last minute hotel for the weekend. I will NEVER be staying here again and am beyond upset with this experience.

We had a 2 bedroom suite, loved that there were 2 full bathrooms to go with that. The entire suite was very clean and well maintained. However , the carpet was quite worn and could be replaced. Sofa bed/pull out bed needs to be replaced, the mattress was completely worn down to bare springs. Otherwise a lovely property.

Staff were all nice that we encountered. Room was fine, clean, beds comfy. I may have overlooked it in booking that your bar has not food, which was disappointing. I also did not see times online or with the reservation for breakfast, but 8am breakfast on a weekend, even 7am on a weekday was a bit ridiculous to me. I would image most guest are there for business or an event and may be up and going in the 6:00 hour with having to get on their way in the 7:00 hour. Thus, your start times are a bit inconvenient IMO

Room was not cleaned/vacuumed when we checked in We kept asking for the room to be vacuumed and that never happened during our stay Breakfast was decent but kitchen didn’t have a frying pan (which they are supposed to provide) and we kept asking for it and got it the day before we left . We were told every day that the room would be vacuumed but that never happened. Overall disappointed:(

The sink kept filling up every time I used it like it was plugged. The kitchen sink was broken and didn’t turn on at all. There was no toaster in the kitchenette. It was a cute place to stay other than those things and I would stay again otherwise

Generally outdated and in need of some updates: No elevator to get to our room. OK for our family but just meant carrying a toddler, stroller, and lots of luggage up a flight of stairs. Strange room layout with minimal signage made it really confusing to find our room. Linens were old, thin, and full of holes. Much of the kitchenware (flat ware, etc.) was missing. Fridge was old and loud, made it really hard to sleep.
