The features of the room where as advertised, aside from one concerning oversight - the bathroom had no anti slip properties at all. For a person with significant mobility issues, and why the room was requested this was a significant oversight - the occupant slipped on the floor when transitioning from a wheelchair to the toilet and was not able to keep their feet steady because they were slipping around and ultimately injured themselves. The shower drainage trails infront of the toilet as well adding to the potential for a slip. Other than that the room was great, quite, clean and modern."
