The facilities were great, warm and inviting. Everything as clean and tidy. the only downer was room service was not directly available from the room. Had to physically go to the Dining room to organize. Meals were great.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Well done to all staff for mainaining and running an outstanding service. Just feel that the wheels on beds hould be rectified as i saw it mentioned in another review, prior to my booking. Please review the situation. Other than that, absolutely stunning and worth the stay over. Central to many fabulous walking tracks, pool use on a warm day was vry refreshing.

A clean, comfortable and well appointed room with a lovely bush outlook. Would highly recomme4nd Very picky I know but there weren't any tissues in the bathroom

The accommodation was very clean and easy to access. The beds are comfortable however for older people they need to be aware that they are on wheels and moved when getting in, this could potentially be a hazard as it was for my father.

The reason for reviews is to let people know about the place & the staff . Though when it comes to the Nightcap on lilydale, they don’t like negative reviews and then cancel your accommodation and bar you from staying in future, because the comment made was “ the older lady staff member with the grey hair is very rude shouldn’t be working in hospitality “ why ask for reviews if they don’t like the truth ( even if it it a negative point toward the place ) instead of barring the customer they should speak to the rude old staff member with grey hair and Ask her to have manners and respect towards customers. Especially when you’ve just spent close to $1600 on meals drinks and accommodation.

Staff very helpful courteous and friendly. Facility quasi nightclub, easy getaway in summer for locals. Very well located for access to Dandenongs and then train access Lilydale for out of town traveler.

Big outdoor space is fantastic for families! Restaurant has delicious food and the kids loved the play area. We’ve stayed here a few times and will be back again :)

We arrived very late and were treated amazing, the next night i was accompanied back to my room to let me in as forgot key. Staff were helpful, friendly and kind. Room was comfy and restful. Will definitely stay again.

The pool was nice to take a dip in on a hot afternoon. The creek & park behind the property was also nice to wander around. There were so many native birds there!
