"My stay could not have gone better! Everyone- from Arturo at check-in to the valet to the room service folks to the housekeeping staff to the maintenance folks to the management- was amazing, easy to deal with, polite, and got things done. You can't ask for better than that. As far as my room goes, it was fantastic. I had windows with spanning views of the strip in one direction, the mountains in another. Best part was the room was comfy, no bed bugs (I've had them, yuch!!) it was clean with a mini-bar, a great soaker tub and just terrific. I've stayed in other hotels in Vegas because I've been there much over the years, but this place is exceptional, many shops too... and they've got The Beatles experience! In the words of Arnold, I'll be back! What a great place. "

"Very nice place to stay. I was a little hesitant Because people Said this was an old hotel But to my surprise It was very elegant And nicely updated. It is at the end of the strip So we did have to drive/uber everywhere But because of the price difference I would Definitely Stay there again. "
