Apartments were clean and well equipped. Apartments are a little tired and would benefit a refurbishment. Work on a roof under our apartment was noisy and we were not aware this was happening when we booked. We would book again though as the location was good for us.

Lots of Delicious breakfast options but did run out if you didn’t get there early. Rooms were very nice, if a bit small, as is the usual in France. Nice water options to keep in room refrigerator. Very clean. It is located about a 20 minute walk from where you will want to spend your time and you won’t have a view from your room, but if you want those things, you will have to pay up for them. All in all, great hotel for the price.

Firstly the positives great location for the old town bars and restraunts and high end shops with the beach 2 mins walk from the hotel. Hotel clean and modern but lacking a coffee / bar facilities . WORD WARNING do not expect to sleep before 11.30 pm as across the road is a park that hold live concerts ...

Property was beautiful but just too far from Nice downtown… staff was ok, area immediately walkable in back of the hotel seemed sketch. The promenade out front was better but again, 3-4 miles east of where you want to be.
