"The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Only issue we had was locking the door fully. We had to push down on it to get the dead bolt to lock. Views were stunning, close to amenities, really enjoyed the tether ball poles. Breakfast was included, which was a nice perk. Everyone was friendly. Ice machine by our room was broken - not that big of a deal."

"This property is beautiful and very clean! Great remote location, wonderful sunrises, and the host was very responsive. The property is as pictured except for 2 things. The one bedroom is shown in the listing as having a twin bunkbed and a full size bed. Actually it is a twin upper and full size lower bunk bed. Also, the table on the deck is currently unusable and is not the glass one in the picture. If you want any games, you need to bring them as all they have are puzzles. If you want chairs and sand toys for the beach you will need to bring your own. You also need to be a bit nimble to get to the beach by climbing over the boulders. There is a rock path off to the side but it is very uneven and difficult to walk on. There is no air and though the recirculating air in the heating system works well to move air around, if it is warm, you may want to bring some fans as none were provided.Overall, it is a great place for a group of people to have a wonderful getaway off the beaten path but close to civilization! Our group included ages 8 to 68 and we very much enjoyed our time here!"

"This was exactly what we were looking for on this vacation...peace and quite. We never turned on our phones (other than GPS) or the TV. The area was soooo quite (especially at night). A perfect romantic get-away."

"Get new photographs! The current ones don’t do this property justice! What a wonderful cabin! Every view is of Lake Michigan, enjoyed the fire by the lake. Feels completely private. Thanks for sharing your family cabin and history with us. 5 stars all the way!"

"Heather was fantastic, communication was excellent! the cottage is really nice and we had a great time. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and it was close to everything we wanted to see - highly recommend!"
