The motel is super clean and has everything you could possible need for your stay. Guaranteed parking with no extra cost to your stay is a major plus. We stayed in one of the balcony spa rooms. Nice Hotel in Dunedin
"We stayed at Scenic Southern Cross as part of a larger trip of New Zealand. The hotel was convenient to the central city and not far from the Octagon. The room was very comfortable and quiet although the view from room was a parking lot. We found parking on the street right across from the hotel for our overnight stay. The staff was great. We visited the Casino which was a good sized venue but did not gamble. We closed out our night on the town with a nightcap at the hotel bar watching rugby with some other hotel guests. Very good stay in Dunedin. "
