This was a good hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive, especially the porters who were always on hand to help. The room was large and spacious, and beds very comfortable, the room was also very well equipped, and very very quiet even although we were on the side of the main road in front of the hotel. Overall an enjoyable stay, this hotel is perfect to use as a base for sightseeing and getting a peaceful night sleep. The location was also good, there were plenty of bars and restaurants around and only about a 20 minute walk to all the main sights and attractions.

Our stay at the Ritz Carlton, Moscow was nothing short of amazing. Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived, so the staff took very good care of us and our baby until our room was ready. Our room was clean, spacious and luxurious. We enjoyed the restaurants, bars, spa and gym within the hotel during our stay.

Hotel is a little away from the main attractions such as Red Square... about 20 to 30 minutes walk. Area was under construction... new sidewalks being installed, which made getting around a bit difficult. It will be fine when construction finished as sidewalks will be very wide.
