Studio of about 27m² on the 3rd floor (with lift) of the residence, 1 km from the center and the PLENEY cable car (MORZINE / LES GETS ski area) and the SUPER MORZINE cable car (access to the AVORIAZ ski area).  
It is composed :  
\- Entrance with two bunk beds (70x190),  
\- Bathroom with bath,  
\- separate WC,  
\- Kitchen area equipped with a microwave / grill, fridge (120l), 3 electric hobs,  
Open to living room with a sofa bed (130x190), tv, balcony (southern exposure).

Ski locker 17.
