A kitchen area (2 hotplate, mico-wave, refrigerator (120L)), opening onto a living room (16m²) with a sofa, TV, bay window, and south-facing balcony.  
A sleeping alcove with a double bunk bed (80x190),  
A bedroom (7m² + 12m² below 1.80m) with a double bed (180x200), storage space, and a window.  
A bathroom, separate toilet.  
Electric heating. Non-personal outdoor parking.  
  
Adjacent: 1 ski locker. 1 cellar
