Situated in a peaceful position next to the River Dranse, Waterside is a short walk to the nearest bar, bakery and supermarket. LAYOUT (60 metres sq.) The homely open plan living space is light and airy with large floor to ceiling windows. There is a modern log burning stove, comfy seating, Smart TV with UK and French channels, Bose Speaker, and Netflix. The open plan kitchen dining area comfortably seats 6 around an oak table and comes fully equipped with a Nespresso Machine, Dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, oven & hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and plenty of workspace. There is also a private boot room in the communal entrance area with boot dryers, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. There are 3 lovely bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom is on the loft style mezzanine with a large skylight window. The mezzanine is accessed by a quirky electric ladder that drops down from the upper level.
