It is a new residence, quiet, close to all amenities (supermarket 400m away, medical center opposite the residence, restaurants 400m away). The residence is located on one of the main roads in Morzine, about 10 minutes by feet (800m) from the town center and the ski lifts (800m from Super Morzine, 1km from Pleney). To get to the city center, you can take the sidewalk along the main road, or walk on the path along the river. This path will also take you to the Parc des Dérêches (health trail, adventure course, equestrian center, play park, skate park, tennis, ice rink, aquatic area). For those who don't like walking, you can take the free shuttle (stop in front of the residence) whose lines U and P run approximately every 12-15 minutes. The shuttle will take you to the city center and the ski lifts. Accommodation The apartment, on the top floor of one of the 4 chalets in the residence, is on the mountainside. With an area of 105m², carefully furnished, the apartment is located on 2 floors. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people (ideal for 6 adults and 4 children). You have a closed garage, a ski locker and a bicycle room. The residence offers a relaxation area equipped with 2 saunas. This comfortable and elegant accommodation is composed of: On the ground floor \- 1 bedroom with a 140X200 double bed, a shower cabin integrated into the bedroom \- 1 bedroom with two bunk beds (4 beds of 90X190), ideal for children \- 1 bathroom with shower and heated towel rail \- Bathroom Upstairs \- Comfortable living room with corner sofa, armchair, television with Orange TV, Bluetooth speaker \- Dining room with large table - 8 chairs and 2 stools - 1 high chair and a booster seat available for children \- Fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob and hood, dishwasher, microwave, oven, senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster. You will also find all the crockery and utensils necessary, as well as crockery suitable for children. \- Balcony \- 1 bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200, a shower room integrated into the bedroom \- 1 bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200, a shower room with heated towel rail integrated into the bedroom \- 1 laundry room with toilet, sink, combined washing machine and dryer For children, we have all the necessary equipment at your disposal: high chair, booster seat, baby bath, changing mat, travel cot. Please let us know when you book if you want all or part of the equipment. A safety gate for the staircase is installed upstairs. Books, children's games and board games are self-service, as well as 3 sleds (including one for toddlers) and a soccer ball. A raclette oven, a pierrade machine and a fondue machine are also at your disposal. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Beds are made upon your arrival. Cleaning fees are included in the rental price. A concierge agency will be at your disposal for any special requests during your stay. Passenger access Access to the apartment can be via the underground garage and elevator, or through the main door. Very comfortable apartment, and came with everything we needed for a 1 week stay, plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. There were loads of kids toy and board games provided to keep the children (and adults) entertained in the afternoon and evening. We were able to park one car in the garage, plus there are visitors spaces outside and free car parking across the road if required. The chalet was just as described, very clean and welcoming. It was well equipped with soap, toilet roll and washing products. The kitchen was also well equipped. The balcony was lovely and sunny and we enjoyed sitting and reading on the comfy chairs. The location was fab, just a 10 minute easy stroll into the town centre and there was a very good supermarket on the way which was useful for stocking up. We ate out every night and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. We particularly enjoyed Le Local which was a 5 minute walk from the chalet. Everything is modern, there's plenty of space and the beds were super comfortable! It's a 15 min walk to the Super Morzine bubble (for us with kids), but usually a bus would pass us so we quickly realised its easier to wait at the bus stop immediately outside the development. It's at the quieter end of town, but there's restaurants on the way if you wanted to eat after skiing before going to the accommodation. The location is great, with a short walk in to the centre of Morzine, or a free regular bus if you cant face the walk on ski boots.
