The residence is easily accessible on foot from the station entrance and car parks. It borders the main street of the Falaise district and the shops located there.  
 The Falaise district has all the shops necessary for a successful stay and the center of Avoriaz is accessible in just 5 minutes on foot.  
 The ski departure allows you to easily reach the different sectors of the Portes du Soleil ski area and offers direct access to the Super Morzine and Lil'Stash sectors, perfect for families and/or beginner skiers. The ESF departure from the Plateau area is also easily accessible in a few minutes. Surface area : about 24 m². 1st floor. Orientation : South, West. Living room with 2 sofa-beds. Bedroom with double bed. Kitchenette with kettle, coffee machine (nespresso), toaster, dishwasher, microwave, 2 vitroceramics cooking rings. Bathroom with WC. Balcony.
