This place is but the room we stayed in was dated and falling apart. The floor is slanted, the door for the bathroom is more like woods slates so there wasnt really true privacy. The windows and doors leaked cold air and the heater was very noisy kicking on and off all the time. The tv was very small amd remote could change channels but if you wanted to adjust volume or power on/off you had to do it manually. The staff was nice! Unfortunately the advertising made it sound like breakfast is made to order. But when we checked in you had to pick between 3 basic options. Food was good but portion sizes were kind of small and you could get more from a typical "hotel" buffet style breakfast. The dining room for eating has 2 big tables. So you are stuck with eating right next to strangers which wasnt what we were expecting as we where there just as a couple. All in all i wish we would have known somethings before we went. We will not be going back here. But it may be just what some couples want based on the vibe you are going for.

Amazing experience, room was beautiful, comfortable and the private hot tub is awesome. Michael is so nice, helpful and very friendly. The property and rooms are kept very clean. It’s a must stay! My husband and I can’t wait to go back.

If you like the Grateful Dead…this is your place. Fortunately, I love them. I also love private hot tubs, a delicious breakfast and quirkiness. My friend and I stayed there for a Red Rocks concert…it was convenient, easy to walk to a quaint Main Street with plenty of restaurants and very laid back. We stayed in the HogBack? room. If we ever go to another RR concert…this is the place. It’s not a Marriott, but very comfortable.

This place was so cute. It’s not a commercial stay by any means, they are individual cottages. We had a jacuzzi on our enclosed patio! Everything was clean and decorated. It felt super cozy. There are little shops and restaurants 2-3 min walk and the amphitheater is <2 miles away (still a drive though) because no sidewalks on windy road. I definitely recommend for a weekend stay!

Wow I really didn’t want to leave! What an amazing experience from start to finish I could not be more satisfied our room was so perfect I felt like I was at home the staff was absolutely friendly and very helpful I will definitely be returning but this time for a longer stay!

Hot tub cottage without the hot tub
It was deceiving that there was not an outdoor individual hot tub for the room. Instead, there was an indoor bath with jets. The room was also hot even with the in window AC.

Wonderful little hotel property with eclectic private stand alone cabins. Lots of really cool artwork and run by amazing super friendly chill people. Michael and Brooke were awesome and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The rooms and beds were super comfortable and accommodating. They also arrange shuttle service to Red Rocks and can pick you up after. The made to order breakfast the next day was amazing. Just steps from the main restaurant and bar strip, the location could not be better. We really look forward to our next trip.

Awesome B&B. We stayed here for a Red Rocks concert and it was absolutely awesome. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and helped make our stay incredible. This is definitely the place to stay for a Red Rocks concert which also exceeded expectations. Highest Recommendations!!!

We love the Cliff House and have stayed at the Zen Cottage for 3 years in a row when we go to Red Rocks. The new management has really made this place even more convenient and comfortable. They even came up with a private shuttle solution for us when we asked how we might get to an event nearby. This place is laid back and quirky in the best way.

This property is splendid! The cabins are luxurious and tasteful. The staff was incredible! It was my wife's birthday and they made sure there was champagne and flowers and a neon happy birthday sign in the room when we arrived. The whole property feels very grounding and peaceful. It is also very close to Red Rocks and easy to walk back to after a show. 10 out of 10 would reccomend!

It was great. Nice place, great location, and helpful staff. Breakfast was great, too. Bed was super comfy. We came up to the area for a concert. They offer a shuttle service up to red rocks and were able to put us in touch with someone to pick us up and bring us back after the show. I'll be staying there the next time I visit the area. Highly recommend.

If you’re seeing a show or shows at Red Rocks spend a few nights here! These folks work really hard to provide a great experience! All of the cottages are super cute and they cook a really nice breakfast for guests each day. It’s so convenient to the Morrison eateries and bars. We love the Red Rocks Beer Garden across the street and usually have a lunch on the back patio of the Morrison Inn before we head to the Avett Brothers show on the Rocks! Very clean and quiet. Well worth it!

Third time here. Always a pleasure. We do wish the bus picked up after the shows. One time the driver went to the show and drove us back. That was perfect!

The property is a little older, however it is amazing. Very quaint, unique and relaxing. Staff is awesome and so very friendly. We went for a concert at Red Rocks, and if we ever go back, we will be staying there again.

A little disappointed this time.
When in Morrison, we have always enjoyed staying at the cliff house. This time it was noisy. They are making major repairs to the property drainage system and driveways. Even on Sunday big equipment was working right in front of our cottage. Next morning, the breakfast wasn’t as generous or scrumptious as in the past.

I am sorry you did not get in touch with our overnight watchman. We always have someone onsite and available to address other guests who are being disruptive after a concert. Our quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am and we do our very best to regulate this. The overnight number is posted in each of the rooms.

A Zen Experience
We weren’t sure what to expect. But were pleasantly surprised. We stayed in the Zen room. It was quiet, comfortable and cozy. The staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast in the morning is a calm and wonderful way to start the day.
