"Had some delays at checkin. Room was not ready. Staff was young and unsure how to handle delay (laundry problem - they were waiting on clean fresh laundry)
Person that came to room to make up the bed was apologetic. All staff were pleasant but seemed a little overwhelmed. Perhaps this is an isolated incident. The room was fine clean but a bit outdated. I would go back, there are not a lot of options right in Phillipsburgh. "

"Good place to stay. Clean. Friendly staff. One coffee maker broken but they were calling a company to repair it. If at all possible I think there should be some overflow space for where breakfast is since on high volume times it is difficult to find a seat. Aldo that high table top is too difficult for the elderly to sit at. I would replace it with a regular seat 8 table."
